Great experience. We’re so glad we found Josh. After filling out the form on the Grime Fighters website, we received a text within minutes. Josh was very professional, polite, and easy to work with. Communication was excellent the whole way through — he kept us updated by text, let us know when he was arriving, and was always very responsive. When storms forced a reschedule, he reached out right away and kept us informed. The price was very fair, and we really appreciated that he shared photos and videos showing the gutters before and after the cleaning. It’s clear Josh takes pride in his work, and he’s someone you can trust to do the job right. We would definitely recommend him! Honestly, we wish more service providers were like Josh.
